Love Star Gifts Return Policy

We want you to be happy at OmniCreeks, so we stand behind our products and recognize that sometimes you don't receive what you expect. If you would like to return something, please check out below.

When you do not like it

If you have received an item that you simply just do not like it, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a refund.

The credit that you receive on your refund will apply only to the purchase price and sales tax (only if you ship to CA, there would be sales tax); shipping and processing fees will not be refunded.

** You MUST contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund as no refunds will be given without prior approval.

What We Don't Offer Returns On

Due to the nature of the following products we don't offer refunds on any of the following * :
  • opened products
  • food or candy items
  • colored decorations such as pom poms, candles, ect...
  • Finally, due to the heat of the summer, any candle orders that have shipped via ground mail in the summer months (May 1st – September 1st) are not eligible for refunds
** While we don't normally offer refunds on the listed items, if your order has a damaged item, please contact us immediately to report the damage with pictures. Candles shipped ground mail in the listed months (May 1st – September 1st) are not applicable.

An Important Note:

Because many of our products are made with a variety of processes, colors can vary slightly from what you see online. While we try our best, some minute variations can occur. This is especially the case when looking online – many computer monitors have various color and saturation settings which can alter the hue of the photos and is unfortunately outside of our control. Rest assured that we strive to bring you products as exact to the shown hues as possible and that variations add depth and dimension to your color scheme, should they occur.

Return Process

All returns must first be authorized by our Customer Service Team. For all the information on how the refund process works, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team can be contacted in the following ways:

** To ensure timely processing, please provide your order #, name, and day and/or night phone number and time to call you in case we need to call you.

Love Star Gifts Order Changes and Additions Policy

Order changes and additions cannot be accommodated if the order is at the “picking” stage.
When an order change or addition can be accommodated, a $3.00 fee will be charged.

Love Star Gifts Order Cancellation Policy

A fee of 15% of the product purchasing price (with a $5.00 minimum) (not include shipping and handling fee, not include sales tax if there is any) will be charged for cancelled orders.
